Privacy Policy

Participating members of events may be required to sign a waiver prior to the start of the event. This ensures that all members are aware of the event's purpose. This also assists us in providing appropriate accommodations.  In every situation, personal information is filed and locked.  Your information will never be sold or shared.  Privacy and safety are of upmost importance us, and we know it is to you, too. We want for you the same expectations we would want for ourselves.  If you do not wish to have your face on our Facebook page or website, we will accommodate your request. Please inform us prior to the start of the event. A photo of your back or limb may appear in photos of others.  No one will receive compensation for the photos unless terms have been agreed upon prior to the event and a contract has been signed.
