Terms and Conditions

If you have concerns or questions about your products, please contact us! We are willing to help you in any way. 

The following sales are final: food, event registration, wellness and body care items, plants, and incense.

Exchange options: Within 14 days, clothing, decor, and accessories may be returned with the original receipt.  Items must be free of hair, fur, smell, wrinkles, and in an unworn/unused/new condition. This will be determined by the cashier. Cash returns will not occur. Items may be exchanged or issued a gift card. 

If you are unable to attend an event, please contact us within 24 hours.  We can issue a gift receipt for a future event. It will be not be honored after 2 consecutive cancellations.
